Pierre Foucher, President, CEO

pierre-foucherGraduate of HEC Montreal in administration, Pierre is a proud and successful entrepreneur with over 30 years experience. Pranax Automation Inc. is a high-tech company in the health sector that developed the NarcoMedic®, the first ATM for the dispensing of narcotics and controlled substances in care units in hospitals and long-term care facilities.

As well as being the major shareholder of a real estate business, Pierre established four other businesses since the beginning of his career. The previous company he founded had developed an automated distribution system for consumables and tools in the industrial sector. In addition to sales in Canada, the company exported this solution to Europe.

Pierre is a visionary who always perseveres to realize his goals with a passion that is contagious.


Daniel Cassivi, Eng., MBA, Director, Operations and Innovation

daniel-cassiviDaniel received his diploma in industrial engineering in April 2002 and completed his MBA with a specialization in innovation management of SMEs in 2014 from the University of Québec at Trois-Rivieres (UQTR). A member of the Quebec Order of Engineers, Daniel is the force behind the establishment and improvement of innovation and production processes at Pranax. During his career, he implemented a production system for the DistriMag® in 2002 with PTI Solutions and updated the quality management system at Duchesne et Fils, a company of about 250 employees, 2 unions, 8 plants and revenues of $50 to $100 million, in order to change from the ISO 9002:1994 standard to be registered as ISO 9001:2000. He also implemented the innovation management process, including a PDP (Product Development Process) according to the Stage-Gate® philosophy.

Back at Pranax in 2007, Daniel, a natural leader armed with innovative and inspiring ideas, established and directed the R&D team that developed the NarcoMedic®.


Pierre-Philippe Foucher, BBA, Director, Sales and Marketing

pierre-philippe-foucherIn 2008, Pierre-Philippe completed his Bachelor in Business Administration at UQTR. Following his studies, he quickly accumulated responsibilities both in sales and marketing as well as in customer service and demonstrated his industrious and enterprising nature. In 2010, with an analytical and insightful approach, he was responsible for restructuring and reorganizing PTI Solutions, which was sold in 2011.

Pierre-Philippe has more than five years of management experience in sales and marketing and leads his team with passion and confidence.



Charles-Alexandre Soucy, Financial Controller

charles-alexandre-soucyA graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 2008 at UQTR, Charles-Alexandre completed his CPA-CGA Graduate Program at the University of Sherbrooke. Having started his career as an auditor in the prestigious accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Montreal, he now has over seven years of experience focused on performance and analysis.

His entrepreneurial and visionary spirit led him to pursue a career in manufacturing companies. Ingenious and innovative, Charles-Alexandre knows how to meet challenges head on and has several corporate finance files to his credit. A dedicated and professional manager, he intends to succeed at everything he undertakes.
