The goal of our training is to provide our customers with the knowledge and tools necessary to allow them to be productive and autonomous in using our software and equipment.

Through our customized training as well as continued support after Go Live, our customers will be able to maximize the benefits offered by our systems and software. In addition to providing continuous and personalized support, our software has a Help Center.

Our instructors have both functional and technical expertise, as well as engaging presentation skills providing a productive learning experience for your personnel during the four days of training. Our training modules are divided into several different sessions depending on the following types of users:

  • Pharmacist
  • Pharmacy Technician
  • Nursing Super User (train-the-trainer format)
  • Nurse
  • Biomedical Engineer
  • Information Technology (IT)

All of our training is done on site at our customer’s facility, with the exception of IT training which is done remotely with our Programmer during interfacing.

For further training to the end users after Go Live, our Training Emulator is also available. As well, additional personalized training can be purchased by our customers at any time.
